Recently, we had the privilege of assisting Mr. Thompson, a 65-year-old patient discharged from Henry Ford Hospital after undergoing a knee replacement surgery. His family was concerned about how he would get home, as he required a wheelchair-accessible vehicle and assistance moving from the hospital bed into the vehicle.

Our team arrived at the hospital on time, coordinating with the medical staff to ensure a smooth transition. With our professional attendants assisting, we carefully transferred Mr. Thompson from his hospital bed into our specially equipped NEMT vehicle, ensuring his comfort throughout the process.

During the ride, we made sure he was seated securely, avoiding any discomfort or unnecessary movement. Once we reached his home, our staff assisted him safely into his residence, making sure he was settled comfortably before leaving. His family was relieved and grateful, knowing their loved one received safe and professional care from start to finish.
